I am at Caesar’s at 1625 First St. Garlzbd , TX. I ordered a sausage and extra cheese pizza and faile to say—thin crust. I paid and before the girl at the cash register sent the order and said I wanted a thin crust. The girl at the register went to a guy and he was upset and said I should have said thin crust at first. Then he complained he had to refund my money. He just went into loop complaining he had to refund my money and I should have said thin crust when I origianlly ordered. He just kept repeating himself is what I meant he went into a loop. I considered him extremely rude. This is the second time I ever visited this store and the first time a year or so ago I had an issue. I ask the guy if he was the manager. He said—yes. I ask who Is the owner. He said he was. I told him I was going to put a review on Google and contact Ceasers. He said he did not care. I told him if it is too much trouble to refund my money and change he order-just refund my money and I will go someplace else. He said-do what you want. He kept repeating to me to calm down. He was the one who started complaining about having to refund my money. This probably went on for z our 5 minutes. I

Everything was amazing. We ordered several pizzas. One was a split order, with half cheese and half pepperoni. And one was hamburger, pepperoni, and extra cheese. The staff was very understanding and knowledgeable of all processes. The staff is always very polite, and helpful for each order that we make.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Customer service sucks in here. The girl working there does not help at all, I went to pick up an order, I was waiting and only thing she was doing was flirting with a guy in the back, I tried calling her and she was just ignoring me, I guess she was busy just flirting back with this guy instead of doing her job!!!! If you don’t want to stress yourself out please don’t come to this awful place!!
